There Otter be a law against anything this cute at a marathon, but of course there isn't. So Tarka, the Otter, and crew swam up the Eel in order to become our 2004 Feature Creatures, to wish the runners well,to play, and of course, to look cute. Gary Bloomfield, our new designing artist captured their essence and here they are on our 2004 tee shirts and sweatshirts. The only thing to dampen their fun would be rain and runners not doing well. You can't do anything about rain, but you can train well and run sensibly.
