Humboldt Redwoods State Park has indicated that Hidden Springs Campground, Approximately 10 miles from the start, will be open to campers this year. Al park camp sites are filled on a first come/first served basis. Those attempting to make reservations are likely to encounter the message "no camp sites available."

To answer some important questions: We do not provide shuttle service to the race site. (2) There are limited shower facilities (Campgrounds have coin operated ones. (3) Using any device requiring head phones increases the danger of injury to wearers or others, and our insurance won't cover such injuries; thus the ban. (4) The roads on which the race is run are far too narrow, bumpy, and thus crowded for strollers. For those seeking to carry young ones, we strongly suggest you walk the 10K.
